I was born in Dallas, Texas but moved to Laramie, Wyoming, when I was four. I attended school in Laramie and graduated from Laramie High School. I recently retired from the City of Laramie after 32 years of serving the community. 

I enjoy hunting, fishing, and spending time with my wife, Roberta, our four kids, and 11 grandchildren in my free time.
