I am proud to say I have lived in Wyoming my entire life! I was born in Casper and grew up in Rock Springs. After receiving my degree in Microbiology from the University of Wyoming in 1976, I began my insurance career. I have worked nearly all facets of the business including company (brokerage, underwriting, claims, accounting, marketing and sales). My current position at Laramie Investment Company allows me to help our clients find the most comprehensive insurance policy at the most competitive premium.

I have been a student of insurance my entire career. I have obtained seven nationally recognized designations along the way. I am most proud of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Certified Insurance Counselor.

I love working at LIC because we are deeply rooted in the Laramie community. I pride myself on helping individuals “navigate the insurance highway”. It is so fun because we have so many options to offer for home, auto, recreational vehicles, commercial, agribusiness/farm and ranch, surety, flood and even life insurance. What’s not to love about working for a guy who embraces “work hard – play hard”?

My husband Dave and I have been married 44 years and enjoy any time we get to spend with our 2 sons (Casey and Kyle) and their families which include our 4 grandkids and 2 granddogs.

In my spare time, I join my outdoor women’s adventure group, Sisters on the Fly, camping and fishing around the region. I pull my restored 1970 Aristocrat Camper named Pappi-razzi (I love poppies!) I also enjoy my flower gardens (yep-I have poppies), and I’m a Wyoming Cowboys and Cowgirls fan as well.

Favorite Season: I love all the seasons, but Fall is my favorite! I love to throw on a sweater and walk on leaves and hear them crunch. The colors are great too.

Beverage of Choice: Coke or Michelada (with lots of green olives)
