I was born & raised in Laramie, Wyoming - and am the 3rd generation owner of Laramie Investment Company, Inc. I attended and graduated from Laramie High School in 1985, attended UW part-time from 1986 - 1988, and then graduated from UNLV in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration.

I am an Ivinson Memorial Hospital Board member and the President-Elect for our state insurance association (AWIA). I also serve as the National Director for the Association of Wyoming Insurance Agents, representing all Wyoming Independent Insurance Agents nationally with the IIABA.

I am married and celebrating 27 years in 2023 with my wife, Ty'Lene. We have 3 children, Taylie (Nick), Alston, Kinlie (Zach), and 1 granddaughter, Tessa. Laramie is my home; I am your neighbor and care deeply about our future. Being local, and having a local business, is a wonderful part of my life. I am thrilled to celebrate 80 years in business this year and am proud of that accomplishment.

I enjoy many of our local Laramie restaurants and can often be seen at The Still, shopping the great selection of fine Cabernet wines. I enjoy running (although not much outside in the dead of winter) and have been known to play a little golf! My very favorite movie of all time is Caddyshack - I could watch it every week. I try to walk the talk and can often be heard saying, "work hard, play hard."
